Penny stocks password help
Print this page out now, follow the
directions - step by step!
I wish to have a mutually rewarding long term relationship with
all members. It is your responsibility to
know how to use and maintain your computer. I
do not have time to provide one-on-one computer tech-support.
Yes, if you lose or forget your passwords they will be
sent.
The only reason you might encounter
a log-in problem is because passwords are frequently changed.
Do not click the save passwords
check box when you login. This causes your passwords
to be cached or stored in your Windows operating system and your
browser. If you have saved the passwords, you must then remove
the old passwords from both the operating system and the browser
in order to log-in with the next new passwords.
Therefore, if you have saved your passwords you must dump or delete
the older passwords. If you do not delete them, your computer,
upon login, will automatically default to the older passwords
and will not be able to login with the new passwords.
Learn how to maintain your computer now
- You will need to know how to solve these minor problems yourself
if you want to survive on the Internet.

How to log-in with your
passwords
Basic help instructions
You will receive two passwords. The 1st one goes in top box
called User Name. This password is called your "User
ID" or "User name". The 2nd one goes in bottom
box called password. This is your password.
Use all small case letters only! Do
Not Click On The Save Box! Click the OK button
to enter the member area. You might have to type the passwords
in and click OK 2 times to enter, depending upon your browser.
The paragraph below will solve most
of your problems before they happen.
When you click the member log-in link on the front page of
the site a password box will pop up. This is where you type
in the user name and password. You will see a check box that
says: Save this password in your password list. DO NOT CHECK
IT!
If you do click the check box it will cache, or store, your
passwords and you will have to start dumping your files (as
shown below) so you can use the next new passwords.
Write your passwords down. If you
lose them contact us to receive another. Always include your
name to verify your membership.
Instructions for Windows 95/98 Users: You
should already be doing this anyway as it is not wise to let
these temporary files build up.
Open Explorer and follow these instructions:
1. Find the Windows folder and click the plus (+).
2. Find the History folder and open it. Dump all history files
in right side window.
3. Find Temporary Internet files folder. Open it. Dump all
files in right window.
4. Find the Temp files folder. Open it. Dump all files in
right window.
5. Next, bring-up your browser. Look for (Internet options).
6. Open up (Internet Options) and click the (delete files)
button and click OK button.
7. Shut your computer down and restart.
If you are using another operating
system, your particular operating system instructions may
vary.
This should solve most password problems.
Rolercoaster Stocks' servers are backed-up and are virtually
never down. The only time the problem could be our fault is
if the password is miss-typed or miss-spelled into our server
setup logs. This has never happened and would be immediately
obvious because everyone would have faulty passwords.
I use 5.0 - 6.0 version browsers on our systems. Yes, we also
have to type in the user-name and password and click (OK)
2 times to get in. All browsers behave differently so be patient
and try more than once before contacting us about any problem.
Again, If you need additional computer help you should
call computer tech-support for Microsoft Windows, Apple/Mac,
Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator, etc. The
problem is always a operating system or browser glitch which
involves nothing more than a simple password removal procedure
on your end.

Posting Times:
E-mail member alerts go out on the 1st. Any changes to the regular
schedule will be noted in the "member area". Penny stock
picks will be posted and e-mail sent on or before 12:00 o'clock
midnight (eastern time) on the 1st day of the month. Penny picks
go up in the "member-area" after market close!
Occasionally new penny stock picks might be sent the night before
the 1st, this is not guaranteed as sometimes I watch stocks right
up to the last minute before making the final decisions. Do
not send e-mail on the 1st asking when new picks are going to
be posted. Thank You
Very Much!
Note! Passwords are for member use (you) only. Members
who distribute their private password to someone else will face
immediate cancellation as per the member contract agreement on
the order page. Misuse of your membership will cause you to be
cancelled promptly. Thanks For Your Help!
E-mail Problems:
Do not set your e-mail security settings
at the highest levels.
Do not set your security and/or spam filter settings at the
highest levels.
If your e-mail settings are too high you might not get the e-mail
alerts!
Incorrect e-mail addresses are a large problem! Some of
you provide one address, then look for the RollercoasterStocks.com
e-mail at another (work, home, etc.). Some forward e-mail and
forget where it goes. Some use free e-mail services that have
limits on how much you can use the service. We send (you) e-mail
and receive it back because you are over your limit or have provided
an incorrect address and have no way of determining your correct
address. Many people forget to set up their e-mail accounts to
display the correct return e-mail address. Please check these
items now and make sure they are 100% correct.
Please choose an e-mail address that
works and stick with it. Notify RollerCoasterStocks of any change!
Example: If you lose your password and send an e-mail for help
what good does it do if the help message to you bounces back undelivered
due to a typo on your part or goes someplace else entirely? E-mail
must be 100% correct for it to reach you. Make sure your address
is correct. Notify us of any change promptly. Thank You.
